Shipping Policy
OutdoorReady.com is committed to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer our customers the choice of delivery by US Postal Service (US Customers only) or FedEx. Depending on your location and the shipping method you specify, USPS delivery may take one to two weeks from the date of shipment. FedEx shipments are guaranteed to arrive in the timeframe you specify. The amount of freight will automatically be recalculated by our system and displayed on your order form. Freight charges vary depending on the package weight and the shipping method you've selected. All orders are shipped by weight. You may be able to add additional items to your order without incurring additional shipping charges!
To determine when your order will arrive you must consider the availability of the item and the shipping option you've selected. Most of the items we carry are in stock and will ship on the same day you place your order (if the order is placed before 2:00PM MST) or on the next business day (if the order is placed after 2:00PM MST). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (usually Monday unless there is a national holiday).
Please be sure to double check your shipping address when confirming your order. Items returned as "undeliverable" or "refused" will have return shipping fees deducted from refunds. In most cases, return shipping fees will equal the original shipping fee.
Product Returns
OutdoorReady.com strives to provide our customers with outstanding customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the product in its original, undamaged packaging and we will refund the full product price. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
OutdoorReady.com will pay return shipping if we have shipped the incorrect item, the item is defective, or the item is dead-on-arrival. The customer must notify OutdoorReady.com within seven days of product receipt for OutdoorReady.com to be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs for all other returned product will be the responsibility of the customer.
To return your product, e-mail us at returns@OutdoorReady.com or call us at (435) 755-0700. Please provide your name, day-time phone number, order/invoice number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and complete instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us. We cannot process returns without a valid RMA number.
